Drilling Rig (biz) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE Drilling Rig (biz)´S SERVICES, INCLUDING BY NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF A USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY USING THE SERVICE. Drilling Rig (biz) IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, REAL OR PERCEIVED, CAUSED BY OR RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF Drilling Rig (biz) HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms of Use constitute the agreement in its entirety between you and Drilling Rig (biz) with respect to the subject matter hereof and supercedes and replaces all prior understandings and/or agreements between you and Drilling Rig (biz).
